AI-Era Project Governance Bootcamp (Taipei)
AI-Era Project Governance Bootcamp is an intensive hands-on program designed for project managers, PMO professionals, business managers, and cross-functional team leaders who want to integrate AI into real project management workflows. In the age of AI, the key challenge is no longer simply knowing how to use ChatGPT. The real value lies in turning AI into a practical project governance co-pilot that helps teams clarify requirements, structure work, track decisions, manage risks, and produce reliable project documents. This course is designed as a small-group practical workshop. Participants are encouraged to bring real projects from their own work environment and use Generative AI, ChatGPT, Claude, and structured AI workflows to build a complete AI-assisted project management document package. By the end of the course, participants will not simply complete classroom exercises. They will walk away with a practical AI-enabled project management SOP that can be directly applied in their workplace to improve project visibility, communication quality, governance discipline, and decision-making efficiency.
