AI-Assisted Project Management Applications – Cohort 01(3 Sunday Sessions)

This course focuses on the practical use of AI in project management. Participants will learn how to apply AI across key project activities, including project planning, task breakdown, schedule management, meeting documentation, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and project document creation. Rather than simply introducing AI tools, this course helps learners integrate AI into real project management workflows. Through hands-on practice, participants will explore how AI can support requirement clarification, project documentation, risk identification, communication improvement, and decision-making in complex project environments.

6/28 ★ AI-supported project initiation assessment and collaboration, generating a project management plan through a waterfall project case exercise. 6/28 ★ Vibe Coding workflow: using ChatGPT to create the WBS, then using Claude to support project scheduling.

7/5 ★ Resource allocation optimization and AI-assisted cost estimation, building an Earned Value Management (EVM) template. 7/5 ★ Using ChatGPT to identify project risks, then applying Claude to generate risk analysis and response decisions.

7/12 ★ AI-assisted project communication and collaboration, supporting the development of a meeting summary system. 7/12 ★ Building a project status dashboard and generating an optimized project closure report.
