Claude ft. PMMAYORS Think it Through MV (English)
A hip-hop music video made entirely through vibe coding: Claude wrote the lyrics and produced the track, and Claude built a three.js-style 3D engine in Python to render the full MV with auto-synced lyrics.
What it is
Think It Through is a hip-hop track about what an AI brings to project management and business analysis: long context, structure, traceability, and honest reasoning. It comes in two versions, a 2-minute Mandarin cut and a 1-minute English cut, each with its own 3D music video.
How it was built
- Lyrics: Claude drafted the rap from a PM/BA angle (WBS, RACI, risk registers, BABOK, PMBOK) and wrote the Suno style prompt.
- Music: Generated from those lyrics.
- Characters: AI-generated sticker sheets (the PM Mayors character and an orange pixel mascot) were cut out automatically: background removal, gap cleanup, one sprite per pose.
- Lyric sync: An offline speech recognizer produced timestamps, and a dynamic-programming alignment matched them to the actual lyrics, so subtitles land on the beat without manual timing.
- Beat detection: librosa extracted the tempo, beat grid, and spectrum, which drive camera shake, flashes, and dancing voxel floors.
- 3D rendering: The sandbox had no GPU or browser, so Claude wrote a small three.js-style engine in Python instead. It has a perspective camera, textured sprite planes, shaded cubes, and a neon grid floor. Every section of the song gets its own scene and camera move.
- Output: Frames are streamed to FFmpeg and muxed with the track into a 1080p/30fps MP4.
Scenes
Floating documents for "300 pages", a WBS tree that grows node by node, a heat-map risk matrix, a 3D bar-chart city for business analysis, a rotating traceability network, a spotlight bridge, and a character carousel for the hook.
Takeaway
No video editor, no 3D software. The whole pipeline, from lyrics to final MP4, was built by describing what I wanted and iterating with AI.
