Change Decision Lab

A browser-only workspace for project change control. Import a change request from Excel, analyze its impact with your own AI, explore cost, schedule, risk, quality and strategy on a 3D impact map, and record a human-owned decision. No sign-in, no API key, no backend.

Why I built it

Most AI tools try to make the decision for you. In change control, that is exactly the wrong move. Change Decision Lab keeps AI in the analyst's seat and the human in the decision-maker's seat.

How it works

Define – Drop an Excel workbook with the project baseline and change request, or type it in. One worksheet per case, bilingual columns (English / 繁中).
Analyze – Copy the generated prompt to any external AI, then paste its JSON answer back. The app validates it, repairs common formatting issues, and shows a preview before importing.
Decide – Compare options, review the evidence for each dimension, and record a decision with owner, rationale, conditions and review date.

Local project manager (v2.5): delete projects one by one, in batches, or clear everything, with backup download and undo

Privacy by design

All data stays in the browser's local storage. No account, no cloud sync, no model API inside the app. Updates keep the same storage schema, so existing projects load untouched after every release.
